Fikret Taha Kurşun is a legal professional with solid experience and a strong academic background. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Istanbul University, ranking second in his class.
He has pursued academic studies at Cambridge Anglia Ruskin University and also holds an LL.M. in Competition Law, with a thesis titled “The Determination of the Gatekeeper Concept and Application Criteria in Digital Markets in the Context of Competition Law”.
Kurşun began his career at Gide Loyrette Nouel Attorney Partnership, where he worked on international investment projects and gained experience with both domestic and foreign clients.
He specializes in Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Competition Law, and is recognized as a skilled legal consultant and advocate.
